Ensure file removed on uninstall

With my product an xml-file is installed. This xml-file is changed by the product, hence after uninstalling the product this file is left on the system.
How can I ensure that an installed file is removed on uninstall, even if this file has changed?

Populate the RemoveFile table in your project for this file.
