Download path for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 to create prq file

InstallShield has .prq files you can download to use to add to IS2014 .etc.
For example for 4.5.1
http://saturn.installshield.com/is/prerequisites/microsoft .net framework 4.5.1 full.prq

But they don’t have one for 4.6.1 yet.
I am looking for the secret path to Microsoft.
(this is for 4.5.1, I need the url for 4.6.1)

(I know this piece for 4.6.1:

I don’t know the folder path or the GUID path.

Working now.

One item to be aware of, if the machine already has .Net Framework 4.x.x, after the 4.6.1 preq is install, Microsoft reboots the machine. After you log back in, your install will continue.

This version of the .NET Framework runs side-by-side with the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and earlier versions, but performs an in-place update for the .NET Framework 4, .NET Framework 4.5, .NET Framework 4.5., .NET Framework 4.5.2, and .NET Framework 4.6. For important information about this release, see the .NET Framework 4.6.1 Readme File.

Maybe InstallShield can add the .prq to their site someday : AltPrqURL="http://saturn.installshield.com/is/prerequisites/microsoft .net framework 4.6.1 full.prq"
