Does the Path Variables View exist in Express 2013?

If not, is there a way (any way) to create a path variable? If not, can I use environment variables to define folder locations?

Unfortunately, the Path Variables view is not available in the Express edition of InstallShield. You may want to consider upgrading to the Pro or Premier edition which offers the capability.
