This is probably simple but I am at a loss. I have several 3rd party dlls that I include with my distribution that need to be registered and are not registering at least on a Windows 7 installation. The Registration Type is set to "Extract COM information" for all of them. I've actually pretty much taken all the defaults. These dlls are located in a subfolder of my install directory if that matters.
