I have an InstallScript project that an am making a Differential Release for. This worked fine in InstallShield 12, but here in InstallShield 2009 I am having problems.
So, I recreated the project from scratch and thought that might take care of it. But, I am still having the problem.
Basically, I can install the initial release, then when I install the Differential Release over it, I get inconsistent results. Sometimes it work, sometimes it doesn't.
The forum searches I have done do not yield many answers. Anyone have any ideas?
I still have this problem. I have looked over everything and have followed the directions as they appear in the Help. I have a 1.0 version and a 1.5 Full Release, and that works fine. But, I get erratic results when I upgrade an existing 1.0 version with the 1.5 Differential Release.
