Dialogs with PNG image, < Win8

I have InstallShield 2013 Limited Edition.

When I use PNG images in Dialogs (banner and image), Images will only work in Windows 8 and forward. (so they will not appear on Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7)

Hi,

Unfortunately .png files are not supported in ISLE. However, if you rename your .jpg or .gif, it will work fine on Dialogs.

I tested on a Windows 7 machine and it works fine when your file is renamed as .png.

Could you please attach the .png image that you are trying to include in your setup project? This would help us investigate the issue better.
