Dialog Editor Not Working in VS 2005
Working inside Visual Studio 2005 (build 50727.7600).
When you go to create a custom dialog or edit the layout of an existing dialog, no controls are present to add to the form. The Toolbox says there are no usable controls. Right clicking on the Toolbox to Add Items does show the InstallShield tab and the controls are selected but they do not appear in Visual Studio for use.

Are you trying to drag from the InstallShield tab of the toolbox and drop onto the dialog? Can't do that - you must select the type of control you want to add from the InstallShield tab of the Visual Studio toolbar and then click on the InstallShield dialog to create the selected control. Drag and drop does not appear to work.
