Determine ALL system changes made by an Installer (any tools?)

Dear all!

I'm in search of a tool (freeware preferred) to determine ALL changes that have been made to a system by an installer.

I imagine something like a comparison tool to compare the whole system (e.g. file system, registry,...) before and after the installation!

I'd really appreciate your help!
