Detecting the language of the OS, and install the file by delected Language.
Detecting the language of the OS ( for example Chinese), I build a installation Package (including English, Chinese, French, German, Japanese), when I select English to install. Some of the my files ( for example dllChinese) need to be install by default language of the OS (Chinese), but do not install the file (for example dllEnglish) by selected language (English), How can I do that?
Detecting the Language of the OS, and install the files by delected Language instead of selected Language from the installation dialog of language selection.:)

Assuming you're asking about MSI: To detect the OS language, perhaps look at the SystemLanguageID and UserLanguageID properties; as opposed to ProductLanguage, which is the selected language.
