Detect system reboot???

Is there any way (through InstallShield) to check whether the system has just restarted? I have an action dependant upon this?

How to get the information whether the system has retarted?

For MSI, one option is to use the AFTERREBOOT property to detect if a reboot was caused by the ForceReboot action...
