Desktop icon in InstallShield Limited Edition

Does the limited edition of install shield support the creation of a desktop icon? On the "Application Shortcuts" page, the "Create shortcut on desktop" checkbox is disabled. I am using Visual Studio 2013 Professional.

once you complete the Project Assistant you can go to the Shortcuts/folders view under "Configure the Target System" to add a desktop shortcut.
