Which kind of web site? IIS / Tomcat? For IIS, there's already support in Installshield, you can find it under server configuration\Internet Information Services, and create your own website. For more information, please check help with keyword "Creating a Web Site and Adding a Virtual Directory";
For tomcat, I think you need to deploy the war files to CATALINA_HOME\webapps. you can search more help from search engine.:D
