Deferred Custom Action Question.

Can someone please give me a condition string for a custom action that I want to run on an initial installation as well as on a minor update installation...

I want to compare notes

We are currently using

REMOVE<>"ALL"

and that doesn't seem to be working well for us...

I think the REMOVE property isn't set to "ALL" (if it's going to be) until InstallValidate, so if your condition is on an action before that...
