DLL Custom Action Unknown Source message

I'm getting weird error message popping up. The title of the box says InstallShield DLL Custom Action and the message is "Unknown source" followed by a weird character. This only started happening after I added a custom action to the execute sequence where MsiGetProperty is invoked. It's added after the InstallFiles action. After the message pops up the installer just aborts.

I don't understand what the error is. I deleted the custom action and I'm still getting the same error. Anybody have any idea what is going on?
