Customise IsProj with MsBuild

Hi,
I am currently working on the MSBuilds using TFS.
I am struggling with customising the isproj file where I think you need to make changes that reflect how the project is built.

Here is my isProj.

I am struggling to get the various parameters to work in my first property group, the log doesn;t show the changes I want.

The build is automated, so the user kicks of the build type (TfsProj, which calls the sln and the sln reference the isProj).


What am I doing wrong?
