Custom Setup question
Basic MSI. If I had a dialog with a checkbox on it, and I wanted it to show but not be enabled doing an upgrade, I would put a disable condition on that checkbox.
If it possible to do this with with the custom setup dialog for maintenance off of Add\Remove? Can I show a feature, but not let the user select it and change it? I know that if I set the installlevel higher then what is needed that I can stop it from showing on the custom maintenance dialog, can I show it and not allow changes? It is not like a control on the dialog that I can directly affect, or can I? If this can be done through a VB custom action or whatever, please give me an example. thanks

Alas, no, I don't think the SelectionTree control supports "disabling" a feature that way.
