Custom Setup.exe Icon

Is there something different about IS2009 and the Setup.exe icon? I followed the instructions “thepeter” suggested. http://community.acresso.com/showthread.php?t=182319

I changed the setup.exe icon with VS2005 and the icon looks fine. But when I do the rebuild of my project the old icon is still used. What am I missing?

If you're using any prerequisites, perhaps you'll want to modify setupPreReq.exe instead?
