Custom Dialog Palette
I would like to set a custom palette for my dialogs and am not sure how to go about it. Our colors are orange, gray, and silver and would like that represented in the dialog. I know you need to set that property to True, but then what? Thanks.

The way I understood the docs was that the first control of the dialog should be an image, and all the colors in that image are added to the palette.
In my case it didn't work: I had 256-color icons in a list view, but the dialog wouldn't show more than 16 colors. Maybe that was improved in Vista.
