Custom Actions during uninstallation don't get run
I'm using InstallShield Express edition 2008 version 14.
I'm just trying to launch Notepad as a test and Invoke property is set to "After ready to remove dialog".
Its not doing anything. Any idea?

I think that you have to set Disable Remove Button to YES under General Information. That forces the user to select Change and then choose Remove from the subsequent choices, rather than selecting a Remove button in the Add/Remove Software dialog box. Believe it or not, this invokes a different remove mechanism, and your Custom Action may then get invoked.
We had a similar issue with invoking an uninstall of a device driver after our applications was uninstalled. This has been an issue in previous versions of ISX. You may find more on this in ISX12 and earlier forums.
