Custom Action Condition always fails

I'm working on a Basic MSI project.

I have a custom action which runs after InstallFinalize. It has a condition (&NameOfFeature = 3).

The problem is: the script never runs (if I remove the condition, the script runs perfectly)
How should i write this condition (the script should run only if i'm installing the specific feature)

The 'Run During patch uninstall' was true, so I set it to false and now it works like a charm.
