Cumullative Patch Not working

Hi,
We are trying to create cummulative patch.So we have a Default setup and adding them as Previous Setup as and when a new upgrade is required.

The most recent patch should update all that is differential from the Base Setup. But it isnt happeneing. Its only upgrading the differential binaries from
the last previous setup.

No error logs either in patch creation or while running the Patch.

Any help would be highly appreciated

Hi,

how many releases you have after the base release? Are they major changes or small updates with some bug fixes? how do you version them?

These information may be helpful to resolve the issue.
