I am in the process of creating a minor upgrade based on the article here https://community.flexera.com/t5/InstallShield-Knowledge-Base/Create-a-Minor-Upgrade/ta-p/3880. The article mentions that a "Minor Upgrade Item" as well as a "New Release" need to be added to create a minor upgrade. During my testing, I created a minor upgrade without adding those two items above. Seems like as long as I run the installer from command line with options REINSTALLMODE=vomus and REINSTALL=ALL it will upgrade fine. Am I doing it right?
