I would like to create an stall project for a windows 7 32bit operating system. Does the machine which i am creating the project on have to have windows seven on it? or can it be done through XP??
You can definitely build an installation targeting Windows 7 on a Windows XP machine. Just don't forget to test the results on a Windows 7 machine before you release it, in case there are any problems with the application or installation options.
