Create 64-bit setup

How can I create 64-bit setup using InstallShield 2011 Premier?

I read in the user guide that I need to set the component property to 64-bit and then the setup will be created in 64-bit, but the 64-bit Component property is only for Windows Installer based and I use InstallShield project (not MSI), how can I set the component to be 64-bit?
