Crash after create new projet

Hi,

Env:
PS: Windows XP SP2
With Visual Studio .NET

WhenI try to create a new project, InstallShield 2008 crashs.

Same problem if I try to open a project created on a other PC with InstallShield 2008.

After some days of research:

1) On the administrator account: No crash (knowing that I’m also administrator of my PC)
2) With my account: Not all the type of project finished with a crash. Basic MSI=Crash, Visual Basic .NET=don’t crash
3) I’ve removed my profile account, to get a brand new one (you see the sacrifice).
If I create a new project with the default name: don’t crash
If I create a new project with my own name: crash. But created. If I try to open it: don’t crash

Any ideas?
