Couple questions about maintenance
Good day!
We are received notification about maintenance renewal. And among all advances there said two points below, which is not clear for me. Would someone kindly help me to clarify them:
- Uninterrupted access to your license - what would happen without maintenance - it would be impossible to access? Or it would have some limitation?
- Free all software upgrades for your product during the license & maintenance term - what updates flexera mean? Major updates? Or every update no matter how big is it?

Hi -
With a support plan you will have access to the Product and License Centre which will give you access to download your software and manage its licenses. without a support plan you may need to contact the support team to assist.
As the owner of Installshield you are entitled to software updates such as patches or Service packs that are provided for the current version you own. A support plan additionally gives you the option to upgrade to the latest version of Installshield at no extra cost
