We create our installer by using Project type to be “InstallScript” and we use InstallShield 2014 to generate installer executable file and use this installer to generate response file (.iss) for silent mode but we have some problem to generate response file (.iss) from this installer as following:
- We found some <PRODUCT_GUID> of DlgOrder in response file(.iss) was changed very time that we re-build new installer and it requires to re-generate new response file, then we cannot setup our auto build process because it require user interaction when generate response file of this installer. Please see the picture in below.
- We found PRODUCT_GUID of DlgOrder was changed that relate with customize Dialog Windows.(Dialog name “InitConfigDialog” in the picture in below for example)
Could we fix the PRODUCT_GUID of DlgOrder in response file(.iss) ? Because we want to create auto build process to generate installer package.
