Copy files in IISROOTFOLDER


I ran into this problem. when I choose a new installation style in InstallScript UI type, the files I want to copy to IISROOTFOLDER copied to the root of the disk. And if I choose the traditional style, then everything goes where conceived. Can you suggest what the problem might be.
