Code Signing a WPF application with InstallShield 2014

I'm trying to code sign a WPF application with the help of Install Shield 2014 software. 

Logs

Setup.exe created

Started signing setup.exe

Successfully signed: setup.exe

SignTool Error: An error occurred while attempting to timestamp Setup.exe

ISDEV warning 1027: A warning occurred while signing setup.exe. See the build log files.

Windows validation is disabled. To enable windows validation, on the Tools menu, Click

Automatic update notification disabled.

Post this, the application is not getting launched. Please help.

InstallShield 2014 has reached its end-of-life so InstallShield 2014 is no longer supported. Please contact us via the Contact Us Form at the following link to upgrade to InstallShield 2021, which is the latest supported InstallShield version:
