Cloud Licencing for Azure builds

I'm looking at migrating my builds to Azure Devops. I can see in the documentation for IS that I can use a Cloud Licence, but I don't have one in my account.

Is this a purchase option, if so what's the cost and where do I get one?  Or do I need the Premier version of IS rather than Professional.

IS is up to date and I have a Silver support plan

You will need to contact sales as cloud based licensing is only available in InstallShield Premier and I think it also requires a concurrent (floating9 license.
