Change the COMPANY name in the properties of Setup.exe in InstallShield 2010-Premium

Hi All,

In my InstallScript based (not Basic MSI or Installscript MSI) Setup.exe in InstallShield 2010-Premium Edition.

Please suggest, how can I change the Acresso-specific COMPANY name properties of Setup.exe(right click on Setup.exe and select Property->Version->Company) Acresso Software Inc to that of my product\Company name.

I have come across this question in older threads but could not find any efficient solution. Please suggest any setting change so that I can make this change.

This capability is new in InstallShield 2011. For more information, see Customizing File Properties for the Setup Launcher.

There is no such built-in support for this in earlier versions of InstallShield.

You can do it outside of InstallShield by using reshacker. It's onerous and nice they finally fixed this issue.
