Change default images on dialogs

I'm trying to figure out how to change the default images on the dialogs. I through it was the Billboards, but soon figured out that is the background window, which I don't even show during install. There is a side image on the Welcome screen and the rest have the wide Top image.

In WISE there was a bmp file I just go modify so that all my projects have our logo, etc..

I'm guessing it has to do with the "@10550,10551;1;0;;0,128,128", but not sure..
