Cannot start installshield (license verion)

Dear technique suppprt,

I bought a license installshield 2013 primier.
I setup on a user (example : "hung")
After i authenticate by other user (example : "nam")
I can NOT start installshield after authenticate by other user.

Please help me how to start installshield?

Per the InstallShield EULA, a node-locked license (which is the traditional type of license that is often purchased) is limited to use by a single individual on a single machine. It cannot be used on a shared machine. You'd need an additional license for a second user.

The other type of license is a concurrent license. With this type of license, you can install InstallShield on as many machines as needed. This type enables sharing or floating of licenses among a maximum number of simultaneous users. A licensing server that you set up manages how many instances of InstallShield can be run simultaneously.

Now i can NOT start installshield with "hung" user too.
I want use one user for intallshield. How to unlock license again for "hung" user?

That is not the expected behavior. I'm not sure what is wrong with your machine. Your best bet is to contact InstallShield Support at installshieldsupport@installshield.com.
