Cannot open an .ism

I am using Installshield 10.5 (I dont see a 10.5 area in these forms) and my PC has crashed. I was able to retrieve the My Installshield Projects Folder and have installed InstallShield 10.5 on a new machine. When I try to open the .ism's, I get a "cannot open" message with no details. Is there something I am missing?

You also need to install the service packs.
