Cannot Use Application

Every time I try to use your product it has be register
your Application.

It places the last Registration Code I used in Registration popup message.

I have re-installed the product MANY times, deleted the registry enteries serveral times.

You product does look like its registering but the progress bar never goes past, about 15%, then it states it registered successfully



this product needs to work right away!

I al willing to re-install Visual Studio or anything else short of A total system restart!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Aaroncampf1,

I suspect this to be a machine specific issue.

Could you kindly try installing InstallShield 2011 Limited Edition on different system which has Visual Studio 2010 SP1 and check if you are able to successfully activate? Also make sure that the internet connection is active while activating InstallShield 2011 Limited Edition.

That's impossible, I only have 1 computer with Visual Studio on it.

and honestly, I think its safe to say your product would work on a clean computer.

If it did not no one could use your product and you'd know about it already.


I would really like some help, not information I already know.

As per the log file Trusted Storage used by our Licensing is broken on your system. An attempt to repair this Storage failed during Activation.
