Can't isntall Installshield 2009 on 64bit Windows 7?

I get this error when I try to install Installshield 2009 on a windows 7 64 bit operating system:
Error Reading setup initialization file

Running as administrator diesn't work either. Has anyone had the same issue?

I guess the setup file that I had was corrupted. I downoaded it again and it worked this time.
