Can't find .Net4 PreReq

Hi everyone,
I have a fresh install of InstallShield 2011 and I need to add .Net4 as a prereq. I can't find it in the list of the redistributables I have and it doesn't show up in the redistributable downloader. The only versions available are 1.1 & 2.0. Any help would be appreciated.

You need "InstallShield 2011 Prerequisites for the .NET Framework" utility, you can download it from here:http://saturn.installshield.com/product/is/2011/domestic/othersetups/installshieldprereqs_dotnet.exe
