Hi, I would like to know if I can build a MSI Installscript Installer that generates only one file. I can compress the projects files in a .cab but I `d like to have one file (setup.exe) for my installation.
Yes you can, GO to Media-> releases -> then Right click on Releases - > Select Release wizard -> Select the option best suits you -> on the Release configuration dialogue box select "Compress all files" -> then select suitable options in other dialogue boxes. Build the Ism file and then check \Product Configuration 1\Release 1\DiskImages\DISK1 folder you should have one setup.exe. You can have a custom name to this exe also.
