COM extract not working using RegSpy.exe

Hi,

I am trying to extract the COM information for a particular exe and it is not working and the when I tried it for the same exe in a different machine it is working fine. I suspect some dependency dlls are missing. Is there any way to know the error details of COM extract failure? Is there any other reason why COM extract is failing for a particular exe? Please help.
