Build events for Stand Alone Builds

If I use InstallShield 2011 SAB to compile a project, will the build-events get kicked off? (Specifically, the Precompression event.)

I see that the commands are not running during the build. (The same run on the node with InstallShield 2011 Premier installed.)

Found a solution for this.

Using cmd.exe /c "[some command here]" works on both Premier and SAB editions.

Using "[some command here]" works only on Premier edition but not on SAB edition.
