Make sure you have the Service executable in the component, where you are making the Install NT Service entry.

Thank you ~~ I have done it... 🙂
The Service executable in the component need to be "Set Key File".
I done it by using the component wizard.

Is there a runtime error or some other indication that the service is not being installed?

Have you tried creating a verbose log of the installation to determine if your component is being installed? If the component is being installed, the log file should contain some operations information related to the creation of the service (assuming the ServiceInstall table is populated correctly).
