Automation interface for digital signature with IS2009?
Does anyone know if there is an automation interface method for digitally signing the installer (setup.exe and .ism)? If there is, which object should I create?
Thanks,
Peter
Thanks,

Why not using the built-in Signing feature for Releases? Then you can simply build that release across the Automation Interface.

Yes we are using the release configuration right now. But we would like to see if there is another option that we can use via automation interface, there is no strong reason to pick one but not the other, but we just want to know if it (via automation interface) is possible - we haven't found anything on it yet with IS2009.
Thanks,
Peter

See if the ISWiRelease object will work for your scenario. It has many properties that correspond with the signature-related release settings (for example, CertificatePassword, CertificateURL, SignFiles, SignFilesExclude, SignFilesInclude, SignLauncher, SignMedia, SoftwarePublishingCredentials).
