Application ICON is changing in windows 7

Hi
I'm using Install script project. During setup installation my application ICON is changed In taskbar. It show my pervious installed setup ICON. This issue is only in WINDOWS 7. i'm new to install script pls help me

Can you post a screenshot showing what's happening? And as well a view of what your old and new executable files look like in Windows Explorer?
