App Paths + Custom Action

I entered an app path for one of my deployed exes, but when starting this exe via the Launch Program checkbox it does not find the dll it needs.

I guess, without prove, it happens because MSI is starting the exe, so it ignores the App Path?
Because if I start the exe after installation is finished (no reboot) the exe finds it dlls, App Path works fine.

How can I make this work with Launch program? THXs

I think once you add this Path variable its not getting reflected immediately.
