After installing minor upgrade Patch(update.exe) not copying latest binaries

After installing minor upgrade Patch(update.exe) not copying latest binaries whereas when we compress main setup latest binries are included in installer.
Binaries replaced with previous/old version. Can you please assist in trobleshooting the cause for the same.
