Hello. I am using Installshield 2009 Professional Edition. When you go to add/remove programs, hit the remove button, then hit 'No' when it asks you if you want to remove the selected application, followed by the finish dialog, it seems to remove the Add/Remove programs entry. All the other files associated with the install remain. The user can no longer remove the program properly and if you re-run the setup.exe it treats it as a new install.
Has anyone encountered this? I am new to InstallShield, can someone please get me in the right direction to fix this? Thank you. Paul ptipan@jatsoftware.com
