Add Hyperlink to a welcome panel

Hi,

Any body please tell me how to add a hyperlink of a webpage to the welcome panel.

I have tried adding a link using tag however when I click on it, it's not working.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

the panels you create in the 11.5 IDE can not process hyperlinks. In other words, can't be done.
