Activate Installshield 2013 Limited Edition Fails

I am trying to activate my new PC's Visual Studio Installshield 2013 Limited Edition but the key seems to fail I don't know what I am supposed to do. Please do provide guidance as this is very frustrating.

Hi,

When you enter your serial number in the Activation Wizard and click on Activate button, does it fail?

Kindly make sure that there are no trailing spaces before or after your serial key and if this does not work you can navigate to the following path location:

C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\2013LE\System

through command prompt and run the file:

tsconfig.exe

Give your serial key and let me know if the activation still fails.
