in some contexts in the tables, {} as a property value clears the property (un-sets it, sets it to NULL).

ALLUSERS, when set, makes the installation work per-machine (in other words, for all users). If it's not set, then it's just a per-user installation, and other users on the machine will have to install the application on their own account to use it.
