where is the jar to use the Interface SystemUtilService

i couldnt see the interface in com.installshield.wizard.service.system
i am trying to use the methods of this interface.. but i am unable to proceed.. i got stuck..

can anyone tell me how to locate it or get it .. or help me to proceed
